Shipping - UK and Europe

• UK orders are sent out using Royal Mail Signed For
• European orders are sent out using Royal Mail Tracked

You will receive an email to tell you your order has been shipped.

You can place an order from the following countries:

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and United Kingdom.

At present we do not accept orders from or deliver to addresses outside the United Kingdom or Europe.

Returns

If for any reason you are not happy with your order you have 14 days to return the item for a refund or exchange.

Email info@crimson-rose.com to arrange a return or exchange.

Please ensure you ship the package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Once the item arrives your return will be processed.

All returned items must be in resalable condition, unworn, unwashed, with original tags.
